1980 Pontiac Trans Am 301 Turbo

I bought the vehicle from a friend in Pretoria in August 2016. The vehicle has been standing for about 15 years.

The interior was in perfect condition. The body was perfect and rust free, but somebody painted it red. They used poor quality paint and the paint job was done badly.

When I started to strip it I also found that the engine needs a complete overall.

She was stripped down to bare metal and the engine, gearbox, propshaft, rims, radiator and turbo were all completely refurbished.

This is a numbers matching vehicle and I took her back to the original colour as on the manufacturers plate.
